Thank your for taking the time to complete the 2024 Miracle Movers Spring Swim VOLUNTEER Registration! Please complete the following form. If you are under the age of 18 a parent/guardian is required to review and sign the volunteer waiver. If you are 18 or over please review and sign the waiver. Those over 18 will get a link sent to complete a background check once per year for OMM.
Miracle Movers Swim will be held on Wednesdays from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm at the Richard A. Carlucci Recreation and Aquatic Center in Plainfield, IN beginning April 10 for 5 weeks.
Please help us spread the word and help recruit other volunteers for our programs. It just isn't the same without you!
